Please note that bookings made online via our website are provisional until confirmed by us. To book your caravan holiday at Butlins Skegness with Willis Holidays, please book on-line or telephone us on 07766 311257. Or contact us by e-mail at willisholidays@tiscali.co.uk. The contract shall only arise when your booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent to you by email. The owner of the holiday cottage reserves the right to decline bookings at their discretion. For security and peace of mind, Willis Holidays will not supply your details to any outside organisation for marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with external companies who carry out work on our behalf. Please view our privacy policy for further information. This can be found on the homepage of www.willisholidays.co.uk. You will also receive a copy of this when you have made your provisional reservation. You can also view the Privacy Policy when making a reservation. The price of your caravan holiday includes entry into the Butlins Skegness Resort for all members of the party as stated by you at the time of booking. We will write to confirm your caravan holiday reservation by email. A £100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of making your reservation. This payment will secure your holiday and a receipt for the deposit will be issued to you also by email. This deposit is non refundable if you cancel your hoiday for any reason. The final balance for the holiday will be due 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date. An email reminder will be sent to you advising the payment amount due one week prior to the due date. You can make the final payment by either debit card, quoting your issued reservation number at our website www.willisholidays.co.uk. Alternatively, you can telephone Willis Holidays on 07766311257 to make payment by card or to arrange a bank transfer payment. There is a £10 booking fee when making a reservation. In the event of cancellation by either party the booking fee is non refundable. In the event that your payment does not reach us by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday and no deposit or booking refund will be given. In addition to the cost of your holiday a £100 refundable security bond will be charged which will be due with the final payment. The security bond is refundable by Willis Holidays and not by Butlins Skegness. The security bond will not be taken unless there is a problem found in the caravan after departure. All or part of the security deposit will be retained if the caravan is not left in the clean and tidy condition in which it was found, to cover the cost of any additional cleaning and laundry required over the usual designated amount, removal of excess rubbish, any damage to the property content or the replacement of bedlinen or towels. If you made payment by card the security bond will be refunded back onto the card used for your final payment. In the event you book eight weeks or less from the holiday start date, the full amount (including security bond) will be due at the time of booking the holiday. If booking on-line payment can be made by card or you can telephone Willis Holidays on 07766 311257 to also make payment by either Debit Card or Bank Transfer. Dependant on the maximum number of guests permitted in the caravan, additional guests may be added to a booking. An additional charge per additional guest will be applicable. However, full details must be given as soon as possible prior to the holiday start date. Any change in guest numbers/details will also incur a £10 admin change fee. We are unable to accept bookings from: Groups of persons of one sex &/or Groups under 30 years of age. On the day of arrival you may book into your unit of accommodation from either 2 pm in Platinum Prestige,2 pm in our Platinum & Gold Plus Accommodation or 4 pm in Gold accommodation. On the day of departure, you must vacate your caravan no later than 10 am and the accommodation should be left in a clean and tidy condition, ready for incoming guests. The lead name on the booking is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage or damage done to caravan or its contents during their stay. Prior to departure, keys must be returned to Guest Services. Failure to do so may result in loss of security bond. Butlins Skegness is a family holiday park and anyone in your party whose unreasonable conduct or behaviour causes a nuisance to any other persons on the park will be told to leave immediately by Butlins. The caravan owner/booking agent reserves the right to regain possession of the property in the event of a major breach of these terms and conditions. In this case all payments made will be forfeited and we would not be legally responsible to you as a result of this situation. No smoking is allowed in our caravans. Anyone found smoking in the caravan will be asked to leave with no refund. Any evidence of smoking in the caravan will automatically result in loss of Security bond. Strictly no pets or animals are allowed in our caravans. If it is evident you have an animal in the caravan you will automatically be instructed to leave the caravan at any point in your holiday. We are unable to accept responsibility for any defects not reported to ourselves within 24 hours of the guests' arrival. Although Willis Holidays is responsible for the 'booking of the holiday', we cannot accept responsibility for the holiday accommodation (caravan & veranda) and its contents. The owner is solely responsible for this. Some Butlins facilities/entertainment may not be in operation during off peak season periods, for which we have no control or influence over and do not accept responsibility for at any time. Cancellation The Hirer is strongly advised to arrange holiday insurance to give protection in the event that the Hirer is unable, for any reason, to take up the holiday accommodation at the agreed time. The Hirer should notify Willis Holidays of any cancellation immediately. For any cancellation before or after the arrival the booking fee and deposit be forfeited. If the cancellation takes place after the final payment has been made, if the property can be re-let then an appropriate refund will be made, but the booking fee and deposit are always non-refundable. COVID-19 If there is a national or regional lockdown which prevents you from staying then you will be given the opportunity to move the dates (in the same property) or if this is not possible you will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid to date. However, please be aware that illness due to COVID is now an insurable risk and we advise strongly that you do take out your own holiday insurance to cover this risk in the event that you or a member of your party are unable to take your holiday due to this illness. Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you and an alternative accommodation or date will be offered to you, or a full refund paid. We will not accept consequential damages and liability is limited to a full refund of monies paid The caravan owner/booking agent reserves the right to regain possession of the property in the event of a major breach of these terms and conditions. Children Our website is not targeted at children but in any event personal information will not knowingly be collected from children under eighteen years without parental consent.
