Terms & Conditions of Holiday.
  • To book your caravan holiday at Butlins Skegness with Willis Holidays, please book on-line or telephone us on 01507 313973 or 07766 311257. Or contact us by e-mail at willisholidays @tiscali.co.uk.
  • The total price of your caravan holiday (published price plus any additional passes purchased) includes passes into the Butlins SkegnessResort for all members of the party as stated by you at the time of booking. We will write to confirm your caravan holiday reservation by email or post. A £50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of making your reservation. This payment will secure your holiday and a receipt for the deposit will be issued to you also by email or post.
  • The final balance for the holiday will be due 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date. If you booked on-line an email reminder will be sent to you advising the payment amount due.  You can make the final payment by either debit or credit card quoting your issued reservation number at our website www.willisholidays.co.uk.  Alternatively, you can telephone Willis Holidays on 01507 313973 or 07766311257 to make payment by card ove the telephone.  Please be aware there this is a surcharge of 3% if paying by Credit Card and £1 if paying by Debit Card.  In the event that your payment does not reach us by the due date, we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.
  • In addition to the cost of your holiday a £50 refundable security bond will be charged. The security bond is refundable by Willis Holidays and not by Butlins Skegness. Your security bond will be refunded and returned to you after your holiday upon full satisfactory inspection of the caravan. If you made payment by card the security bond will be refunded back onto the card used for payment.
  • In the event you book eight weeks or less from the holiday start date, the full amount (including security bond) will be due at the time of booking the holiday.  If booking on-line payment can be made by card or you can telephone Willis Holidays on 01507 313973 or 07766311257 to also make payment by either Debit or Credit Card.  Please be aware there this is a surcharge of 3% if paying by Credit Card and £1 by Debit Card.bit Card. 
  • Dependant on the maximum number of guests permitted in the caravan, additional guests may be added to a booking.  An additional charge for extra guests may  be applicable. A £20 adminstration charge is applicable for guest changes made to the booking 21 days prior to the holiday start date.  However, full details must be given as soon as possible prior to the holiday start date.
  • We are unable to accept bookings from: Groups of persons of one sex &/or Groups under 30 years of age.
  • On the day of arrival you may book into your unit of accommodation from either 2 pm in our Gold Plus Accommodation or 4 pm in all other accommodation.  Although, Butlins passes may be collected before, enabling you and your party to use all facilities before check in time.
  • On the day of departure, you must vacate your caravan no later than 10 am and the accommodation should be left in a clean and tidy condition, ready for incoming guests. The lead name on the booking is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage or damage done to caravan or its contents during their stay.  Prior to departure, keys must be returned to Guest Services. Failure to do so may result in loss of security bond.
  • Butlins Skegness is a family holiday park and anyone in your party whose unreasonable conduct or behaviour causes a nuisance to any other persons on the part will be asked to leave immediately.
  • No smoking is allowed in our caravans.  Anyone found smoking in the caravan will be asked to leave with no refund.
  • Strictly no pets or animals are allowed in our caravans.
  • We are unable to accept responsibility for any defects not report to ourselves within 24 hours of the guests' arrival.
  • Although Willis Holidays is responsible for the 'booking of the holiday', we cannot accept responsibility for the holiday accommodation (caravan & veranda) and its contents. The owner is solely responsible for this.
  • Some Butlinsfacilities/entertainment may not be in operation during off peak season periods, for which we have no control or influence over and do not accept responsibility for at any time.
  • If due to illness, injury or accident you are unable to take your caravan holiday, you must advise us immediately by telephone and then in writing including a doctor's certificate. If we do not receive written confirmation of your cancellation before your holiday has commenced, no refund will be given. In the event of you or any member of your holiday party being unable to travel due to sickness, redundancy or jury service, proof in form of a doctors certificate, employees or court notification will be required in writing, prior to your confirmed holiday start date.
  • You will be entitled to a full refund of all monies subject to an administration charge of £50, unless your cancellation occurs within 7 days of your holiday start date, in which the refund will be limited to 30% of the total holiday cost.
  • Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you and an alternative accommodation or date will be offered to you, or a full refund paid.
  • We recommend you purchase some form of holiday insurance, as there is no insurance included in the price of your holiday.
  • Willis Holidays cannot accept liability for alterations to Butlins facilities and resort from those advertised.
